The Guatemalan Brokers Real Estate Chamber (Camara de Corredores de Bienes Raices de Guatemala CCBRG), was founded in 1991 with the purpose of promoting the improvement, development and coordination of the activities held by their members as Real Estate brokers. Thus, it prompts the professionalism of the real estate agent in order for him or her to be capable of integrating him or herself easily into the world of local and international business.

Today, the chamber has 56 active members that constitute the most successful brokerage real estate companies and other activities of such nature, many with over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Also, the chamber is internationally affiliated to the Central American, Panama, and Caribbean federation of associations and real estate chambers (FECEPAC-ACBR), which seeks for regional projection in the international Real Estate sector.

It is also affiliated to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), leader for defending the rights of acquisition, use and transference of estates with more than 80,000 active members in just the Unites States.

Equally, CCBRG is affiliated to the International Federation of Real Estate Professions (FIABCI), which is a world wide open network to all professionals involved in the Real Estate industry with 55 countries and more than 4100 individual members, 117 nationals associations, 22 educational members and 4 from the public sector.
